Damian Priest Details Meeting The Undertaker: "He Is A Tremendous, Humble Human Being"

Undertaker retired at Survivor Series last year

Damian Priest has revealed details about meeting The Undertaker backstage in WWE, describing him as 'a tremendous, humble human being'.

The Undertaker retired from WWE at Survivor Series last year, after 30 years working for Vince McMahon's promotion, and has helped some of WWE's newest big men to get comfortable in their roles in recent years.

United States Champion Priest has spoken about meeting and working with Undertaker, and has nothing but praise for the person behind the character.

Chatting with Vicente Beltrán of ViBe & Wrestling, Priest said: "Sometimes they say, don't meet your heroes because they are not going to be what you think. Undertaker is everything and better.

"His love for our business, for WWE, is infinite and [he] has within him the need to help and to be positive and want us all to be successful in our careers. He likes to see how people achieve their dreams and wants the company to remain number one.

"I am a super fan of him, and I was very nervous to have a conversation with him, but he is a tremendous, humble human being."
