Dana Brooke Joins WWE Raw
A pre-draft acquisition...
Sep 29, 2020
Since the last WWE Draft in October 2019, a number of Superstars have moved between Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, including Mustafa Ali, AJ Styles, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler.
Mandy Rose was also recently moved to Raw after The Miz pulled a few strings with the USA Network. God's Greatest Creation wasn't alone on the red brand for long, though, as WWE announced Dana Brooke had been traded to Monday nights.
The two women quickly formed a tag team and faced off against Lana and Natalya on last night's show. The new team proved to be a cohesive unit as Brooke took out the former SmackDown Women's Champion and gave Mandy the opening she needed to hit Lana with a Pop-Up Knee Strike for the win.
This is the second tag team Dana Brooke has been a part of in 2020 as she previously teamed with Carmella for a two-month spell earlier in the year. They even had a Women's Tag Team Title match against then champions Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.
Why WWE decided to move Brooke to Raw is currently unclear, but fans can expect to see more trades in the coming weeks when the WWE Draft is held on October 9 and October 12.
