Danhausen is hoping to be back in the ring in early 2022.

The very nice, very evil wrestler sustained a broken tibia and fibula at a Next Generation Wrestling show in late October and he underwent surgery shortly after, having a rod placed in his left leg.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Danhausen noted he doesn't have an exact timetable on his return but he is hoping to be back wrestling around February.

"[The doctor] did not give Danhausen an exact timetable but Danhausen is going in, actually a week from today in the morning. And he should get an updated diagnosis [and find out] when he can put full weight on it, which will be quite nice because then we can begin to start doing [physical therapy] all those sorts of things to get back into the ring. So, hopefully not too long. Danhausen is hoping for February or so," he said.

The ROH star also noted his injury was a "clean break right down the middle" and his bones are currently mending back together "Wolverine-style."
