Danhausen To Make AEW In-Ring Debut On Dynamite

Danhausen in action on AEW Dynamite!

A very nice, very evil wrestler will be in action on tonight's episode of Dynamite from Long Island, New York.

Tony Khan has announced Danhausen will make his AEW in-ring debut on Dynamite, with the Best Friends member set to take on Tony Nese.

"The much-anticipated in-ring debut of the very nice/very evil @DanhausenAD is set for TOMORROW vs #PremierAthlete @TonyNese LIVE on #AEWDynamite! Will Nese be a hometown hero on Long Island, or will Danhausen curse him? Don't miss Dynamite on @TBSNetwork tomorrow @ 8pm ET/7pm CT!" Khan tweeted.

The match was set up on AEW TV last week after Nese called out Danhausen during a backstage promo. Danhausen then asked HOOK to be in his corner for the match but The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil turned him down.

Danhausen had been injured for much of his AEW run since he suffered a broken tibia and fibula back in October of 2021. The Very Nice, Very Evil gentleman then made his AEW debut in January and he returned to the squared circle at an April independent wrestling event, teaming with Dan The Dad as The Intergalactic Megapowers.

Several other segments have already been announced for Dynamite. Check out the lineup below:

  • Adam Cole vs. Dax Harwood - Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament First Round
  • Darby Allin vs. Jeff Hardy - Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament First Round
  • Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter - Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament First Round
  • CM Punk vs. John Silver
  • MJF and Wardlow contract signing
