Daniel Garcia Comments On Upcoming AEW World Championship Match

Daniel Garcia recently called out AEW World Champion MJF, with the former Jericho Appreciation Society member adding himself to the ever growing list of competitors looking to end MJF’s title reign.

Garcia and MJF are set to contend for the ‘Triple B’ on the November 8 edition of AEW Dynamite, and ahead of the bout, Garcia posted the following on Twitter/X:

“This one feels bigger than me. For Ricky, for Private Party, for Moriarty, for Take, for Anna, for Darius, for Ethan, for Action, for Stoke, maybe even for Sammy and Yuta. We take it back and lead AEW into the future. The right way. Restore the feeling,” posted Garcia.

The announcement of the match has drawn praise from All Elite Wrestling fans, with the company criticised in recent weeks for an over reliance on legendary names such as Ric Flair and Paul Wight.

This will be Garcia’s first shot at the AEW World Championship, but the ‘sports entertainer’ already has gold, having been Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Champion since May 2022. Garcia is also a former Ring of Honor PURE Champion.
