Date Of IMPACT Bound For Glory 2022 Revealed

IMPACT’s biggest show of the year Bound For Glory has a date

IMPACT Slammiversary 2022 is in the books, with just one more traditional pay-per-view event left in IMPACT’s calendar for 2022 - Bound For Glory.

Traditionally seen as IMPACT’s biggest show of the year akin to WrestleMania in terms of company importance, Tom Hannifan confirmed during Slammiversary’s broadcast that Bound For Glory is set for Saturday October 8, although the official graphic did not show the date of the show, whilst no venue has yet been confirmed.

Currently, WWE Extreme Rules 2022 is also set for October 8, and whether IMPACT will stick to this date or change nights to avoid a clash remains to be seen. Indeed, Bound For Glory 2021 clashed with a special Saturday night edition of AEW: Dynamite.

This will be the 17th Bound For Glory in IMPACT/TNA history, with all but one edition (2017) taking place in October. Traditionally, Bound For Glory is headlined by an IMPACT World Championship bout, with only Bound For Glory 2014 in Tokyo’s Korakuen Hall failing to feature IMPACT’s main prize in the main event.
