Details Around Brock Lesnar's New WWE Contract Reportedly Emerge

Lesnar returned at WWE SummerSlam 2021

Brock Lesnar made his shock return to WWE at SummerSlam 2021 last weekend, and further details about how long The Beast is back in the promotion have now reportedly emerged.

WWE Officials are indicating, according to Fightful Select, that Lesnar is under contract for roughly 18 months with the promotion, with the understanding that the former WWE Champion will compete in at least eight matches in that time.

Of course, those numbers always have the potential to change should WWE and Lesnar wish to negotiate more dates or a longer deal.

The 44-year-old returned to WWE after a 16-month absence, having not been seen since WrestleMania 36 in April 2020, marking the longest period that Lesnar has been away from WWE since re-signing with the promotion back in 2012.

Lesnar's first feud back in WWE seems set after he confronted Universal Champion Roman Reigns at the close of SummerSlam last Saturday, with reports indicating the two will face each other at either WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia in October, or at Survivor Series 2021 in November.
