Doudrop Explains Why She Has Been Absent From WWE TV

The Scottish star has been MIA since September

WWE star Doudrop has taken to Twitter to explain why she has been absent from WWE television in recent months.

Responding to a fan asking why she hadn't been seen of late, Doudrop wrote "I was very sick, but I am healing". She did not specify what illness or condition she has been dealing with.

Though Dave Meltzer recently stated that visa issues were obstructing several UK talents from appearing on WWE TV, Doudrop confirmed that wasn't the case for her in response to another fan who brought up Meltzer's report, saying "No my visa was updated in April".

Doudrop last competed on the September 6, 2022 episode of NXT, where she teamed Nikki ASH to defeat Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jane). The night before, Doudrop and Nikki ASH lost to Aliyah and Raquel Rodriquez on Raw.

Prior to her absence, Doudrop noted that there had been discussions with Paul 'Triple H' Levesque about potentially changing her ring name. Before being called up to the main roster, Doudrop was called Piper Niven in NXT (and previously wrestled as Viper on the independent scene).
