Dustin Rhodes Launching His Own Pro Wrestling Promotion

Dustin Rhodes set to launch pro-wrestling promotion

Dustin Rhodes is set to launch his own pro-wrestling promotion, with the launch of RWA - Rhodes Wrestling Association.

The legendary ‘Natural’ announced the news on X/Twitter, posting the following:

“FINALLY!!! @RhodesWrestling is LAUNCHING!! Stay tuned in the coming weeks for all info. November 21st Thursday at 6pm central #RWA’s Bullpen in Leander Texas. Lets make the first one special! I will be doing a VIP Meet and greet at 5pm central.”

Dustin has owned and operated the Rhodes Wrestling Academy training facility in Texas for several years, with the school hosting regular showcase events. It seems as though this new promotion will be an offshoot of the school.

Dustin won’t be the only Rhodes in the promoting game though, with sister Teil involved in the relaunch of father Dusty’s Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling earlier in 2024 alongside QT Marshall. TCW itself has hosted events in Marshall and Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory training school in Georgia.

Whether this move to promoting will be a full-time gig for Dustin remains unclear, with the current ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champion’s AEW contract scheduled to expire this month with no news announced thus far of an extension being signed.
