Eddie Kingston Expected To Be Cleared For AEW Return This Summer

Eddie Kingston’s recovery from injury continues, with it expected that Kingston will be cleared to make his All Elite Wrestling return by the Summer.

Kingston has been out of action since May 2024 after suffering an ACL and meniscus tear during a match with Gabe Kidd. 'The Mad King' has also recently been suffering from stomach issues, but gave the following update to PWInsider:

"I just f***** it up from stress and got meds for it," Kingston said. "It is getting better and better everyday. You can quote me here: I was stressed out about dumb s*** I can't control. So I f***** up my stomach being an a******, but I'm trying to get better and I will get better. As of late, I have been up and down and up and down. It was a normal day for me. I just don't have certain things that I use to get my aggression out. This has been the longest I have ever been from my lady, pro wrestling. This is as honest as I can be Mike [Johnson - PWInsider editor]."

Kingston last wrestled in an AEW ring on April 21, 2024.
