Edris Enofe Gets WWE Chest Tattoo

Enofe wants to be a WWE ambassador for life...

WWE NXT star Edris Enofe has sought to demonstrate his commitment to his employer by seemingly getting a large copy of the WWE logo tattooed onto his chest.

Enofe shared a video on social media yesterday that appeared to show him getting the ink done, accompanied by the text: "NEW CHEST TAT. One thing about me is, I'm dedicated to this brand".

While some questioned the legitimacy of the video, Enofe himself confirmed it's authenticity to USA Insider, telling the outlet:

"Honestly, it was spur of the moment"

"I will eventually be the face of this brand and I felt this was the best way to represent it. WWE has changed my life, and this is my way of saying thank you - by becoming an ambassador for the rest of my life"

When asked whether his post a few hours after the initial video of "ngl, I kinda regret it now" was serious or not, Enofe claimed it was not only made in jest, but that he plans on getting more WWE-related tattoos, saying: "When I said I regretted it, I regretted not getting it sooner. I also plan on getting an NXT tattoo on my neck for my birthday".

Regarding whether or not he has considered the possibility that he may be released without getting called up to the main roster, Enofe said:

"I haven't thought about if it doesn’t work out with WWE. Much like the same way I didn't think about 'if pro wrestling doesn't work out'. I never had a Plan B in my life — except from Walgreens. I had a vision and I knew if I worked hard, stayed focused, and treated everyone right, I would eventually get to where I want to be".

Signed by WWE in 2021, Enofe has been a regular on NXT and NXT Level Up this year, primarily teaming with Malik Blade.
