Emma Comments On WWE Return
Emma returned to WWE on Friday Night SmackDown
Triple H has brought another former talent back to WWE and Emma joins the likes of Hit Row, Karrion Kross, Johnny Gargano, Dexter Lumis, and Candice LeRae in returning to the company.
Emma made her return to WWE on SmackDown, answering Ronda Rousey's open challenge. She was ultimately defeated by the SmackDown Women's Champion after Rousey poked her in the eye and locked in an Armbar for the win.
The former IMPACT Knockouts World Tag Team Champion reflected on her WWE return on Instagram, writing: "5 years ago today I was heartbroken feeling like my dream had come to an end. Today my heart is so full! I'm overwhelmed by the amount of support I have. You guys are the best. Now...I've got some unfinished business to take care of! I'm home baby!! @wwe."
Emma has been assigned to the SmackDown brand since her WWE return and she will be a part of the Friday night show going forward.
During her first WWE run, Emma competed in the company from 2011 until her release in October 2017.
