Enzo Amore, Big Cass Jump The Rail At ROH/NJPW G1 Supercard

How you doin'?

On a night where some moron attacked Bret Hart during his Hall of Fame induction speech (for which he was subsequently beaten by various WWE personnel), a different kind of gatecrashing has taken place across the way at Madison Square Garden.

At G1 Supercard, Enzo Amore and Big Cass jumped the rail at the conclusion of a four way tag team match for both the IWGP and ROH World Tag Team titles. The former WWE duo got into a physical altercation with several wrestlers, including Bully Ray, who was not a part of the match.

The feed cut away from the melee, but security did not quickly intervene, which leads one to assume that what happened was in fact a work, and thus part of the show.

Enzo and Cass' time together as a tag team in WWE began on NXT in the summer of 2013, before dissolving on Raw in June 2017, when Cass turned heel. The two had a real-life falling out later that year, when Amore criticized Cass for not finishing a match, following a legitimate injury.

This marks one of the first, if not the first, appearances by Cass at a wrestling event since he suffered a seizure at a House of Hardcore event in Philadelphia back in December. Amore did tweet support for his estranged friend shortly after.
