A former WWE wrestler has been signed by All Elite Wrestling.

According to Fightful Select, Lacey Lane - FKA Kayden Carter - signed with AEW at some point after her debut with the promotion in October.

Lane first worked Ring of Honor TV tapings on September 10 and September 11, which included her unsuccessfully challenging Mina Shirakawa for the ROH Interim Women's Television Title. Lane then unsuccessfully challenged Mercedes Moné for the TBS Championship on the special Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite on October 7.

Lacey Lane was previously a part of WWE from 2018 until her release in May 2025 as part of roster cuts which included the likes of Shayna Baszler, Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai, and Lane's WWE tag team partner Katana Chance.

Lane and Chance teamed together throughout their WWE runs. They had a 186-day reign as NXT Women's Tag Team Champions and a 39-day reign with the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles.

Outside of AEW and Ring of Honor, Lacey Lane has been active on the independents since her WWE release, wrestling in Singapore and the Philippines.
