Gable Steveson To Be At WWE WrestleMania

Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Gable Steveson has claimed that he aims to be at WWE WrestleMania 38. 

“I plan on going to WrestleMania. That’s the first time WWE fans will see me and what I’m about. I’m going to put my heart out there.”

There is no word yet on what Steveson's role at 'Mania is likely to be. The Olympic gold medallist briefly appeared at SummerSlam 2021, and it was later confirmed that WWE had signed him to a Next in Line deal. He was drafted to the Raw brand in October 2021 but is yet to appear.

Steveson also spoke about his decision to become a professional wrestler, stating:

"There have been times I’ve thought about the UFC and NFL, but I’m not even 22 years old. There is still time to branch out into other places, and I’m also aware of what’s in front of me. This is my chance to work for Vince McMahon in WWE and create something you’ve never seen before."
