Gage Goldberg - son of the legendary Bill Goldberg - is still interested in following in his father’s footsteps and entering the pro-wrestling world.
Goldberg Jr. is currently focused on his burgeoning football career, but during a talk on the Colorado Football Coaches Show, Gage reiterated that he has a desire to wrestle:
“Yes, sir, it’s definitely there,” said Gage, noting how his father initially did not want him entering the squared circle; “Once I started getting involved a little bit, then it started to change. It’s up to me. So, I mean, I would love to do it. Honestly, I would love to have that opportunity to do it, and I feel like it would be a great thing to do after football.”
Gage has been involved with WWE on several occasions, from celebrating with his dad in-ring, to being put in a Hurt Lock by Bobby Lashley. Bill Goldberg himself told Ariel Helwani in 2025 that he barred WWE from signing Gage to an NIL deal, but admitted it would be wise for WWE to keep an eye on his son. WWE COO Triple H has stated his belief that Bill won’t be the last Goldberg to wrestle in a WWE ring.
