Giulia Delays Signing With WWE

Top STARDOM talent Giulia has delayed signing with WWE.

The NJPW STRONG Women's Champion is set to leave STARDOM in March when her contract expires. The expectation is Giulia will head to WWE, starting in NXT, later in 2024. 

Giulia's signing with WWE has reportedly been delayed, however, as the STARDOM star wants to help with the launch of Rossy Ogawa's new promotion.

"When WWE was interested in [Giulia] she basically gave her word that she would help when [Rossy] started out. That's what she's gonna do, she's postponing her WWE debut. So that's pretty admirable if you say you're gonna help someone and then you get the great offer for a lot more money and you say 'Well I'll delay my departure,'" Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Rossy Ogawa is launching his new promotion following his firing by STARDOM on Sunday night. Ogawa was set to leave the promotion he founded later this month due to Bushiroad's interference in STARDOM booking but he was fired after STARDOM accused him of poaching talent.
