Giulia's WWE WrestleMania 42 Plans Revealed

Giulia is set to perform at WrestleMania for the first time since signing with WWE in 2024, and the WWE Women's United States Champion's plans at the Showcase of the Immortals have been revealed.

BodySlam has reported that a Women's United States Title match was pencilled in for WrestleMania 42 as of February. The indication was that Giulia was scheduled to defend the championship against former WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton.

This comes after a report from Ibou on Self Made Sessions claimed the Women's United States Championship match at WrestleMania 42 was originally scheduled to be Giulia vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Jordynne Grace prior to Grace suffering an injury during the March 6 taping of WWE Main Event.

Giulia is currently in her second reign as WWE Women's United States Champion, having regained the title from Chelsea Green on the January 2 episode of SmackDown. Giulia has only defended the belt once since then on January 9 and it has been two months since her most recent title defence.

Giulia appeared to criticise her WWE booking earlier this year when she reposted a video on Instagram which urged the company to "just let Giulia be Giulia." WWE chalked up the repost to being lost in translation or simply an error from the Women's United States Champion.
