Hangman Page To Miss AEW Dynamite Due To "Face Full Of COVID Snot"
Hangman Page won't be on AEW Dynamite
Any unannounced segments involving Hangman Page on tonight's edition of AEW Dynamite from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, won't be taking place.
The AEW World Champion announced today that he is ill with COVID-19, tweeting: "Dynomite is tonight at 8pm on tbs but i will not be on there because my face is full of covid snot, sorry. please enjoy regardless."
Hangman wasn't scheduled for tonight's show but he kicked off a programme with CM Punk last week so it is likely they would have continued to build to a teased AEW World Title match.
CM Punk will be at Dynamite on commentary for Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler's Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament qualifier.
Other matches announced for Dynamite include a Ladder Match for the TNT Title between Sammy Guevara and Scorpio Sky, Lance Archer vs. Wardlow, and a Street Fight between Hikaru Shida and Serena Deeb. Adam Cole, The Young Bucks, and reDRagon will also team together against Dante Martin, The Varsity Blonds, Lee Johnson, and Brock Anderson.
