Harley Cameron Says She Nearly Joined WWE Before Signing With AEW

Harley Cameron has been a fairly minor character on AEW programming, but has been getting more TV time recently as a member of the QTV stable - even getting the chance to have her own mini music video amidst a feud with The Acclaimed. 

Cameron’s signature with AEW wasn’t always the plan though, as there was apparently a strong chance of her ending up in WWE. In an interview with Chris Jericho on “Talk Is Jericho”, she detailed how close she was to going over to WWE.

"I can just say that there was plans for me to go to another company (WWE), and then that company decided to release a lot of people who were all involved in the process. But thanks to them, I learned how to wrestle and I ended up getting my green card. So, thanks, guys. You missed the boat."

Cameron revealed her friendships with the likes of Shotzi and Scarlett in WWE, which led to her training and potential move over to WWE. In the end though, she ended up alongside QT Marshall, who pitched to have her alongside him.
