Harper Possibly Out Of Action With Arm Injury

Former WWE SmackDown Live Tag Team Champion spotted wearing cast...

Luke Harper hasn't been seen on WWE SmackDown Live in some time, and a reason for that may now be apparent. Speculation is rife that the former tag team champion is dealing with an arm injury at the moment, as he was spotted with a cast on his arm over the weekend while attending Brad Williams' stand up show.

The timeframe on the injury is a bit up in the air at the time of writing, but there's a chance the former Wyatt Family man has been dealing with the problem for some time. As far as we can see, his last match took place at a WWE Live Event on 1 October in  Kennewick, WA, while his last televised appearance occurred on the SmackDown Live following SummerSlam, where The Bludgeon Brothers dropped the SDLive tag titles to The New Day.

The reason for those titles changing hands back in August was due to a torn pec suffered by Harper's partner, Rowan, so while nobody ever likes to see a Superstar go down with an injury, this potential knock couldn't have happened at a better time for Luke.

After a long and protracted buildup to their re-debut, The Bludgeon Brothers almost immediately established themselves as one of the top teams on SmackDown Live. After going undefeated from their October debut, The BBs won the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 34 in April, seeing off New Day and The Usos in a triple threat tag team match.

From there, the pair would see off the likes of Gallows and Anderson and Team Hell No before their reign came to an end at 135 days.
