Huge DREAM MATCH Set For 3/16 AEW Collision
AEW have announced a dream match for Collision tonight
Even though AEW Collision is taking place as soon as tonight, Tony Khan announced a massive match just yesterday for the show, in what is no doubt a dream match for many fans.
Bryan Danielson will continue his last year as a full-time wrestler how he started it, by facing yet another huge opponent, this time in Katsuyori Shibata, who hasn’t been seen in AEW since losing the ROH Pure Championship to Wheeler Yuta on AEW Rampage back in November last year.
According to a report from Fightful Select, the visa issues which led to Shibata’s absence from AEW have now been resolved, after “urgent” problems arose, resulting in his temporary return to Japan. It is said in the report that Tony Khan had big plans for Shibata, and that has not changed. AEW is wasting no time with Shibata, putting him immediately in a dream match with Bryan Danielson.
The updated card for tonight’s AEW Collision is as follows;
