IMPACT 1000 Expands To 2-Week Event

IMPACT 1000 will be held over two weeks

IMPACT Wrestling's 1000th episode is too big to be a one-night affair.

The promotion have announced that IMPACT 1000 will now be a special two-night celebration of IMPACT Wrestling TV. The first part of IMPACT 1000 will air on Thursday, September 14 before the second part one week later on September 21. Both episodes will air at 8 pm ET on AXS TV in the United States. This week's show will also be longer than IMPACT's typical two-hour run time.

Advertised for September 14 is Lio Rush vs. Chris Sabin for the X-Division Championship, Eddie & Alisha Edwards vs. Frankie Kazarian & Traci Brooks, and a promo segment with Josh Alexander. The two-week episode will also feature the return of Ultimate X and the Feast or Fired Match.

Elsewhere across IMPACT 1000, Gail Kim and Awesome Kong will come out of retirement for a multi-woman match, while Team 3D will compete in their first match together for seven years.

IMPACT 1000 was taped on Saturday, September 9 in White Plains, New York. Full spoilers for IMPACT 1000 are already available
