IMPACT Wrestling Announce New Weekly Show

IMPACT Wrestling has announced a new weekly show on AXS TV which will air for the first time next Tuesday.

BEFORE THE IMPACT is a new, hour-long show which will air prior to each weekly IMPACT Wrestling card, and will be hosted by Nashville-based sportscaster and NewsChannel5 presenter Jon Burton. 

The premier episode of BTI will be the first consideration of the fallout from Saturday's No Surrender, and will also feature what is being billed as a 'collision' between Team XXXL and Decay. 

In a press release, IMPACT Executive Vice-President Scott D’Amore said: “BEFORE THE IMPACT will be IMPACT Wrestling’s version of a pregame show. Fans have been asking for more IMPACT action on AXS TV and we’re excited to debut a new show and format with BTI.”

Host Burton will be joined by reporters Gia Miller and Josh Mathews, with Matthews also serving as BTI's senior producer. 

Matthews said: "BTI will feature in-depth previews of the biggest matches, exclusive interviews with IMPACT Wrestling stars, behind-the-scenes access you won’t see anywhere else and an exclusive match each week.”
