IMPACT Wrestling TV Draws Best Ratings For 18 Months

More positive news coming out of IMPACT Wrestling

Another positive update on IMPACT Wrestling.

The promotion held their latest episode of IMPACT Wrestling TV on Thursday, July 27 and Wrestlenomics has reported that the show on AXS TV in the United States averaged 153,000 viewers and a 0.02 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, estimated to be 32,000.

This was enough to draw IMPACT Wrestling's highest total viewership since January 27, 2022, 18 months ago. The show was also up 38 percent from the prior week's total viewership of 111,000. Viewership in the 18-49 demo, however, was down 14% from the prior week's 0.03 rating.

The July 27 edition of IMPACT TV featured the likes of Johnny Swinger, the Time Splitters, and Mike Bailey. The main event saw Eric Young defeat Nick Aldis in what is believed to have been Aldis' final match of his latest IMPACT run.

The TV ratings update comes only days after it emerged the Slammiversary pay-per-view was up 248.8 percent in TV buys from 2022's edition of the event, rising from 1,300 to 4,400. The higher figure is believed to have been generated by improved TV ratings for IMPACT.
