Injured WWE Talent Reveals They'll Be Back In Action Soon

A WWE talent will be back soon

WWE won't be without one of their featured performers for much longer.

Montez Ford has not performed for WWE since a house show on September 24 and it was revealed on Monday Night Raw soon after that the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion was dealing with an injury, being shown on TV walking with a boot over his foot.

It was confirmed on Tuesday's edition of the "Today" show that Ford has been out of action with a calf injury but the 32-year-old revealed he will be back on TV soon.

"100 percent now. Should be back pretty soon. Just picking my spots and making sure when I arrive, the mission is still at hand, which is with my right-hand man, 100 grand, Angelo Dawkins. That's winning the Undisputed Tag Team Championships," Ford said.

Ford and his Street Profits partner Angelo Dawkins had a long feud with The Usos during the summer over the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships but they were unable to dethrone the reigning champions. The rivalry ended at SummerSlam in late July.
