Swerve Strickland strikes a pose during his match at AEW Revolution 2025

AEW headed to the Crypto.com Arena last week for the 2025 Revolution PPV, and it was a show that hosted a whole bunch of acclaimed matches including MJF vs. Adam Page, Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher, and Mariah May vs. Toni Storm, among others.

Many of the matches at Revolution were very hard-hitting, and it left some wrestlers pretty banged up following the show. Fightful Select has offered some insight into the condition of some of those in AEW’s most prominent matches on the card.

Kyle Fletcher was reportedly “heavily scratched up” in his Steel Cage match with Will Ospreay, which may well have been due to him being Styles Clashed into thumbtacks. Fellow Don Callis Family member Mark Davis interfered in the matchup, and he was left needing stitches after being busted open. Ospreay didn’t come out unscathed either, with Fightful noting that he too was hurting, leaving with a limp.

It is noted that Ospreay was okay, as was MJF, but he was still said to be “banged up”. Swerve Strickland came out perhaps the worst for wear out of everyone after Revolution, leaving the show with a busted eardrum.
