Internal Praise For WWE Main Event Level Talent

A main event star's upward trajectory in WWE looks set to continue

A top WWE star has been getting significant praise backstage of late, according to a new report.

PWInsider noted that Damian Priest has been impressing management with how hard and physical he has worked over the last several months. The report added that The Judgment Day member has gutted through quite a few times when he has been feeling banged up.

The site reported a few months back that WWE see Damian as a top-level talent. Since then, The 'Archer of Infamy' has won the Money in the Bank briefcase and continued to receive rave reviews behind-the-scenes.

WWE have several times teased the former United States Champion cashing-in his briefcase, but he has yet to officially do so.

The 41-year-old lost to Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel this past weekend, but rebounded with a victory (alongside Finn Balor) on Raw. WWE recently confirmed that Priest will team with his The Judgment Day cohorts Balor, Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh to take on Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins in a WarGames match at Survivor Series.
