Over the last couple of years, WWE have leaned a bit more into modern day social media stars, with the likes of Logan Paul, Jake Paul, KSI and IShowSpeed appearing on WWE programming in recent times, and even getting the spotlight at shows as big as WrestleMania. Paul has been a big focus in WWE over recent years, and was drafted to the Monday Night RAW roster alongside WWE’s move to Netflix.

In what will be an unprecedented insight into the world of WWE, Chief Operating Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque has granted IShowSpeed permission to live stream at the upcoming Royal Rumble PLE on February 1, including in the backstage area prior to and during the show.

IShowSpeed will have access to the grounds of the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, taking a camera perhaps in places fans have not seen before. Triple H and the streamer were shown communicating over FaceTime, with Triple H inviting him to the Rumble, to which IShowSpeed quickly accepted. Triple H noted that he could be backstage and even in Gorilla Position.

Unless heavily guided and scripted, there is every chance that IShowSpeed spoils some Royal Rumble surprises, has some awkward interactions, and more. The latter will likely happen anyway given the chaotic nature of his live streams.
