Jamie Hayter has continued to be featured on AEW programming but she is currently unable to wrestle due to injury, Tony Khan revealed in an X/Twitter livestream following the three-hour block of AEW Dynamite/Collision on Wednesday night.

Khan noted that he was hoping to have the Brawling Birds defend the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championships at WrestleDream but the match was off due to Jamie Hayter's injury, and she will be on the shelf for a couple of weeks.

"I was hoping the Brawling Birds would be able to defend the tag team championship but Jamie Hayter from that Chicago Street Fight is still out injured. Hopefully Jamie Hayter will be back in a couple of weeks. But that was a major injury," Khan stated.

The exact nature of Jamie Hayter's injury is unknown. Hayter and Brawling Birds tag team partner Alex Windsor successfully defended the AEW Women's World Tag Team Titles against Divine Dominion in a Chicago Street Fight at All Out.

While they haven't wrestled since All Out, the Brawling Birds were on commentary at AEW Collision Grand Slam France for the AEW Women's World Tag Team Title number one contender's match won by Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander, with it being announced on the show that Hayter and Windsor were now members of United Empire. The Brawling Birds appeared on Wednesday's Dynamite/Collision in a backstage segment with other United Empire members.
