JBL Would Like To Manage Happy Corbin In WWE

A Wrestling God with Happy Corbin?

John "Bradshaw" Layfield only has a sporadic presence on WWE TV, appearing on the company's pre-show panels prior to pay-per-views, but The Wrestling God would love to appear more regularly on WWE programming.

Speaking to Inside The Ropes, JBL revealed he would like to manage SmackDown's Happy Corbin.

"I love Baron Corbin. I think Baron Corbin is a really smart guy, and I think Baron Corbin is a guy I would like to manage. The problem I have is I'm kind of like Colonel Parker. I'm tall and so I can't manage a lot of people because I'm 6'6 and you don't want a manager that's bigger than the wrestler and so I'm limited in who I can manage because of the size," JBL said.

Happy Corbin has been operating as somewhat of a manager himself in recent months as he has seconded Madcap Moss to the ring for his matches, including at Saturday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Corbin has also rarely wrestled since Survivor Series, only competing in five matches.
