Jeff Hardy recently shone some light on various aspects of career via a WWE conference call, including clearing up some of the speculation regarding his health heading into SummerSlam on August 19th. He also spoke about future goals, dream opponents, and singled out a particular tag team for high praise.

First and foremost, the SmackDown Superstar confirmed that while he is slightly banged up, he is not suffering from any form of major, long-term injury - certainly not something that would sideline him from SummerSlam, as far as he is aware. He revealed that he is currently resting up, and that his back already feels better than it did a few weeks ago.

When asked about future goals in WWE, Hardy singled out the Hell in a Cell stipulation as a match type he'd like to be in - having never competed in one previously. Interestingly, he also expressed a desire to take part in another 'Ultimate Deletion'-style match, and revealed that he had already made that clear to WWE. Perhaps now that brother Matt has lost his Raw Tag Team Championship, a re-emergence of the kookier aspects of the Woken Universe could be on the cards.

Hardy was also asked about a dream opponent for WrestleMania 35, and didn't waste much time in selecting Hulk Hogan - a man he has worked alongside in storylines of previous years, but has never had a match with.

Finally, when asked if he fancied any tag team to create a legacy rivalling that of the Hardys' own, Jeff was full of praise for The Young Bucks, highlighting their popularity and innovation.
