Jimmy Korderas: Mark Henry Was Legitimately Sick During Mae Young 'Hand Birth' In WWE

Over 20 years later and this story doesn’t get any less strange

Wrestling is a weird business at the best of times, but when you can say ‘Mae Young once gave birth to a hand’ like it’s the most normal thing in the world, then you realise it can be even weirder than anyone thought possible.

It’s been over 20 years since one of the most controversial and bizarre points of WWE’s Attitude Era occurred, and according to former WWE referee Jimmy Korderas on The Kids on the Escalator podcast, it made Mark Henry legitimately sick:

“This is gonna surprise a lot of you but I never thought in my entire life [in] wrestling, I would actually see someone give birth to a hand,” started Korderas “And the most incredible part about it was watching Mark Henry legit get sick over it. It grossed him out. I’ve seen a lot of crazy things through the Attitude Era and people set on fire and all that kind of stuff, but Mae Young giving birth to a hand, I think trumped everything for me.”
