John Cena Says He Will Be At WWE WrestleMania 35

What will the leader of the Cenation be doing?

John Cena has only taken part in 15 WWE matches so far in 2018, with the latest occurring at Super Show-Down in Australia on 6 October. While the 16-time World Champion is clearly winding down his 15-year in-ring career with WWE, he's already made it clear he will be around for the next instalment of WWE's biggest show of the year.

Cena, sporting a rather fetching parting atop his head, appeared on SiriusXM's The Today Show Radio to answer questions from a group of kids. During the interview, John was asked what his plans were for next year's WrestleMania season and he made it pretty clear he will be in town for the Showcase of the Immortals - which takes place on 7 April at New York's MetLife Stadium.

"Where is WrestleMania 35?" Cena asked. "New York. I'm here right now, aren't I? Would you like to 'see me' at WrestleMania 35? Then you know what, I was thinking about missing it, but because you wanna see me there, I wouldn't miss it for the world. I promise you I'll be there, I promise. Okay? We'll shake on it, we'll make it official."

He promised a child to her face. There's no going back on his word now, is there?

At the time of writing, there is no real indication as to what Cena will be doing at 'Mania 35. All we know currently about John is that he will be one of the eight Americans involved in the WWE World Cup at Crown Jewel on 2 November. After that, goodness knows...
