Since Ring of Honor went on hiatus after Final Battle 2021, most of ROH’s top stars have found new permanent homes, with Brody King and Jay Lethal joining AEW, whilst The OGK and PCO have joined IMPACT, amongst others.

ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham though, is still a free agent, and has started running his own pure wrestling promotion TERMINUS. But in conversation with Metro, Gresham admitted he would consider job offers from the likes of WWE or AEW if they were to arise:

"To be transparent – what I’m doing right now is fulfilling, but at the end of the day, I need to make money,” started Gresham. “If one of these places starts knocking, I have to consider it! I have a family, I don’t wanna burn my wife out and lose all the things I’ve acquired over these years, so I have to make money. I’ve lived my dream, I’ve accomplished everything I wanted to do. Now, I have to just go with whatever comes, as long as it works out! I have to do it!”

Gresham has defended the ROH World Title in promotions such as IMPACT, PROGRESS, and GCW, and is set to return to ROH when it comes out of hiatus in April for Supercard of Honor XV.
