Julia Hart Makes AEW Return On Collision

Following weeks of teases, vignettes, arena blackouts, and mind games directed towards Jamie Hayter, the former TBS Champion and House Of Black member Julia Hart made her official live return to AEW last night on the December 14 ‘Winter Is Coming’ edition of Collision, held at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis Missouri.

In the finals of the Wrestle Dynasty International Women’s Cup qualifying tournament, Willow Nightingale emerged victorious against Jamie Hayter in a hard fought battle, before the pair showed respect to each other and Nightingale headed to the back. As they have done in recent weeks, the lights went down and the arena turned to black, but when they came back on this time, Julia Hart was live in the arena for the first time in nearly nine months. 

Hart had Hayter locked in for a hammerlock DDT before hitting it and standing tall, walking out with a smile. Tony Schiavone noted that Hart’s last appearance came all the way back in a TBS Title loss to Willow Nightingale at the Dynasty PPV - held in the very same arena as her return last night.
