"Jungle Boy" Jack Perry Wants AEW TNT Title Shot

"Jungle Boy" Jack Perry lays out his future aims in AEW.

Speaking to ComicBook.com, "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry spoke about his future goals in AEW.

"I think my goal is, at one point or another, to hold every belt that there is AEW. I would just like to keep working up. I got the tag team belts out of the way early in the career. I like the TNT belt. I think that would be a cool one. I got to be the first challenger to the TNT champion when Cody Rhodes first won the belt, and that felt pretty cool. So I'd like to circle back around and maybe actually take it this time."

Perry recently appeared on AEW's Full Gear 2022 show, opening the main portion of the card by defeating Luchasaurus in a steel cage match. The pair were formerly tag partners until Luchasaurus' heel turn, aligning himself with Christian Cage.

Jungle Boy has often been thought of by many fans as one of AEW's unofficial "four pillars", alongside Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, and recently-crowned AEW World Champion MJF. Currently, he is the only member of the quartet not to hold singles gold in AEW - although he and Luchasaurus are former tag team champions.
