Kazuchika Okada Challenges Buddy Matthews To Match At NJPW Battle In The Valley
It will be the former Murphy's debut for NJPW
Kazuchika Okada has issued a challenge to Buddy Matthews (formerly Murphy) for NJPW's Battle in the Valley next Saturday in San Jose.
In post-matches comment made after NJPW Power Struggle, Okada called out Matthews to face him at the event. Matthews will make his NJPW debut at Battle in the Valley.
The match will Okada's first in the United States in two years. At Showdown in San Jose in November 2019, he teamed with Will Ospreay to defeat Kota Ibushi and Amazing Red.
The current card for NJPW Battle in the Valley, taking place Saturday, November 13 at San Jose Civic in San Jose, CA, is as follows:
