Kevin Nash Thanks The New Day For Outsiders Tribute On WWE Raw
A tribute to The Outsiders from Woods & Kingston
Kevin Nash has taken to social media to thank Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods for their tribute to The Outsiders on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.
The New Day donned red wrestling attires very similar to what Nash and Scott Hall wore at WCW's Bash At The Beach in 1996, the night that saw the birth of the New World Order, on the September 6 taping of the red brand.
The tribute was noticed by Nash, and the WWE Hall of Famer took to Twitter to express his gratitude towards Kingston and Woods.
He wrote: "@TrueKofi Thank you so much for the love tonight. It was amazing to watch that gear in actual motion. Always wondered what it would look like."
Woods also donned similar gear at SummerSlam 2021 back in August at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas during an in-ring segment with The Miz and John Morrison. Kingston was unavailable for the pay-per-view, having not been cleared.
Kingston and Woods competed in a Tag Team Turmoil Match on this week's episode of Raw, which was eventually won by WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP.
