KO Show With Steve Austin Will Main Event WWE WrestleMania Saturday

KO Show to main event WrestleMania 38 night one

While Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Championship may well be the final match of WrestleMania Saturday, it won't be the final segment on April 2.

Kevin Owens pretty much announced on Monday's episode of Raw that his KO Show segment with 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin will main event night one of WrestleMania 38 and Dave Meltzer has since reported on Wrestling Observer Radio he had heard that was the plan.

Meltzer speculated that fans might leave the show if the Owens-Austin segment didn't go on last.

It initially appeared that Austin and Owens would have a match at The Showcase Of The Immortals but Stone Cold never committed to a full singles bout. Instead, he will have at least a long brawl with Owens at 'Mania and The Texas Rattlesnake is said to be in tremendous shape ahead of April 2.

WrestleMania 38 will be a two-night event on April 2 and April 3 from Arlington's AT&T Stadium. Other matches set for WrestleMania Saturday are Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Title, Seth Rollins vs. a  mystery opponent, and Drew McIntyre vs. Happy Corbin.
