Outside of a brief appearance in NXT UK, Kyle O'Reilly has been a mainstay on NXT since signing with WWE in 2017.

Many NXT Superstars eventually make their way to the main roster, but O'Reilly doesn't appear to have any plans of leaving the black and gold brand.

"[NXT] is just a really cool environment. Everyone supports and pushes each other to make the show the best show it can possibly be. We're all like-minded individuals and it's just such a positive, reinforcing environment with the coaches and the talent and everybody's hungry and I think that translates," Kool Kyle told Digital Spy.

"Every time you see a TakeOver building up, it feels and looks like it's a big deal because it is. We all wear our hearts on our sleeves and have a passion for NXT and I think that's why it's special and why it works. It's just it's really a cool, fun, and awesome place and I'm a fan of it. Even if I wasn't in NXT, I'd be watching it because it's just a good show. I'm proud to be on it."

O'Reilly is currently locked in a feud with former friend Adam Cole in NXT and they will face off for a second time next week at The Great American Bash.
