LA Knight Vs. Jimmy Uso Set For WWE SmackDown Next Week

LA Knight isn’t finished with The Bloodline just yet. Following LA Knight’s loss in the main event of WWE Crown Jewel 2023, he emerged on Friday Night SmackDown full of fire and focus, and stated that he won’t stop until he is crowned as the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. His loss came with an asterisk, as The Bloodline members interfered once again to give Roman Reigns the victory.

During a promo on SmackDown, Knight made sure to highlight the fact that he had Reigns beaten - if it weren’t for Jimmy Uso putting The Tribal Chief’s foot on the bottom rope, saving the day. 

This has led to a match being announced for next week’s SmackDown, as LA Knight will take on Jimmy Uso in singles action. Knight has faced Uso twice over the last couple of months, winning on both occasions (once via disqualification). After a victory over Grayson Waller last night, he is looking to procure more momentum ahead of another pursuit towards world title gold and Roman Reigns. The only other thing announced for next week thus far is the return of Solo Sikoa.
