Lacey Evans Fails To Appear On WWE Raw Despite Being Advertised

Only two weeks on from WWE noting they regretted being unable to deliver an advertised main event due to Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out of Monday Night Raw, an advertised in-ring return did not take place on the May 30 edition of Raw with no explanation during the broadcast. 

It was announced last week that Lacey Evans would make her in-ring return on Monday's episode of Raw but any match the former United States Marine was scheduled for did not end up happening.

For what it's worth, Evans tweeted a photo of her resting up with ice packs on her biceps, noting that Grand Marshal duties from Sunday's NASCAR race in Charlotte Motor Speedway had her "laid up." 

Evans' return to WWE had been built up in a series of vignettes on Friday Night SmackDown in recent months. She was presented as a babyface throughout beyond one "proper respect" comment from the ring announcer but WWE reportedly suddenly decided Evans would be presented as a heel on Monday Night Raw when she does make her in-ring return on WWE TV.
