Latest on Jade Cargill's AEW Future

Amidst uncertainty over her future with All Elite Wrestling, Tony Khan has confirmed to PWInsider that Jade Cargill remains signed with the promotion. The AEW CEO, however, did state that he "can't say for certain what anybody's going to do in the future."

"Well, Jade's still with us, and Jade has been on sabbatical since her upset, I believe title loss after her unbelievable undefeated run. And Kris Statlander now is the TBS Champion, and she's made some great defences of the title, but Jade is still with us. And I can't say for certain what anybody's going to do in the future, but certainly we value Jade and everything she's done here," Khan said.

Cargill has been away from All Elite Wrestling programming since her undefeated streak came to an end and she dropped the TBS Championship to Kris Statlander at May's Double or Nothing pay-per-view. Reports at the time noted that Cargill would eventually return following a character change. The former TBS Champion has been signed with AEW since 2020.
