Lee Moriarty Compares AEW's The Firm To The Suicide Squad

AEW's Lee Moriarty talks about the strength of his stable.

AEW's Lee Moriarty recently appeared on Talk is Jericho, and spoke about his stable, The Firm, comparing its diverse nature to The Suicide Squad. He also explained:

"It's a starting five on a basketball team. Everyone has their own special thing that they do. Ethan Page is the well-rounded, the movie star, the good-looks, all that stuff. Morrissey is the big, giant enforcer. The Gunns, the tag team specialists, who are also very charismatic. Me, the technical wrestler. And I think I have personality, I have this energy, it's just figuring out how to show it."

The Firm were initially gathered together by Stokely Hathaway to support MJF. However, that storyline seems to have quickly been undone, with the group turning on the singles star - who now appears to have aligned himself with William Regal, as of Full Gear.

Although not competing in too many matches since the formation of The Firm, Moriarty has found himself in higher-stakes bouts. He recently faced Jon Moxley in a World Title Eliminator, as well as HOOK in a match for the FTW Championship.
