Liv Morgan & Roxanne Perez In Concussion Protocol After WWE Raw

Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez are in concussion protocol following an angle on Monday's episode of Raw.

During one of the final segments of the show, Morgan and Perez were discussing Perez's return to WWE TV when Liv mentioned that Roxanne was brought into the Judgment Day by Finn Balor. Before the conversation could progress, Stephanie Vaquer attacked Liv Morgan from behind, which caused Morgan and Perez to clash heads before they fell to the floor. Vaquer then pulled Morgan back to her feet and threw her into a TV to end the angle.

Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer has reported that Morgan and Perez have been placed in concussion protocol. Alvarez wrote, "Both Liv and Roxanne in concussion protocol after they clonked skulls HARD when Stephanie jumped Liv from behind. Hopefully we didn't just witness a disaster affecting WrestleMania."

Liv Morgan is scheduled to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women's World Championship at WrestleMania 42, with WWE's biggest weekend of the year just a couple of weeks away. Morgan won the 2026 women's Royal Rumble match and selected Vaquer as her opponent for April 18 or April 19.

Roxanne Perez returned to WWE programming on the March 30 episode of Monday Night Raw. She had been out of action since the post-Royal Rumble episode of Raw to undergo surgery to remove a benign mass.
