Lobbying Within WWE For The Nasty Boys To Receive A Hall Of Fame Induction

A certain WWE Hall of Famer wants the Nasty Boys to join him in the prestigious club.

On a recent episode of his podcast, WWE legend Booker T revealed that he's been trying to get the Nasty Boys in the company's Hall of Fame. He explained:

"I’m lobbying for the Nasty Boys to go into the Hall of Fame. I really believe, truly in my heart, the Nasty Boys deserve a spot inside the WWE Hall of Fame. They put a lot of work in in WCW, in WWE, in WWF. They pretty much did it all. I’m hoping to see my man Knobbs and Sags inside the Hall of Fame. I would love to see them in the Hall of Fame. My brother and I, we had so many matches with the Nasty Boys. I don’t think our careers would have been what they were without the Nasty Boys. That six-month run alone should get them in the Hall of Fame, as far as I’m concerned."

Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags came up in AWA, and spent much of the 1990s wrestling in both WCW and the WWF. They have three-time WCW World Tag Team Title reigns, and are also one-time former WWF World Tag Team Champions.

Booker T is already a WWE Hall of Famer himself, being inducted individually in 2013, and as one half of the Harlem Heat tag team in 2019.

Elsewhere, another WWE Hall of Famer has spoken about wanting a return to the company
