Matches Announced For This Week’s AEW: Dynamite

The fallout from Revolution

Several matches have been confirmed this week’s AEW: Dynamite after the conclusion of Revolution 2021 last night.

As seen at the PPV, Scorpio Sky won the six-man Face of the Revolution ladder match and will get a shot at Darby Allin’s TNT Championship on Wednesday. However, after the events of the street fight between Allin & Sting against Team Taz’s Brian Cage & Ricky Starks, it remains to be seen if Darby will be able to compete.

We also have new number one contenders for the AEW World Tag team Titles after PAC & Rey Fenix emerged victorious from the Casino Tag Team Royale. Dynamite sees Fenix take on The Young Bucks’ Matt Jackson ahead of an eventual tag title clash.

AEW’s pre-show Buy In saw Dr. Britt Baker DMD & Maki Itoh defeat Riho & Thunder Rosa after interference from Reba/Rebel. A winning team will be back in action as Baker, Itoh, & Rebel will take on Thunder Rosa, Ryo Mizunami, and AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida.

And elsewhere, following their defeat to AEW World tag team Champions The Young Bucks, Chris Jericho & MJF will spearhead an Inner Circle ‘War Council’ meeting.

Current line-up for AEW: Dynamite below:

• Darby Allin (c) vs. Scorpio Sky - AEW TNT Championship
• Matt Jackson vs. Rey Fenix
• Britt Baker, Maki Itoh, & Rebel vs. Hikaru Shida, Ryo Mizunami, & Thunder Rosa
• Inner Circle War Council
