Matt Riddle Vs. King Corbin Added To WWE Payback

King Corbin and Matt Riddle are now set to square off at WWE Payback, as confirmed during Friday night's episode of the show.

Corbin and Riddle have been at odds for some time, and Corbin offered a "King's Ransom" to anyone who could prove that Riddle doesn't belong on SmackDown. Shorty G attempted to collect on that ransom by jumping Riddle on Friday's broadcast, only to lose to Riddle in a subsequent match.

Corbin's attempt to attack Riddle after the match didn't go as planned, but he managed to bail just as Riddle attempted to throw a kick at him. Corbin later stated that he'll prove Riddle doesn't belong on SmackDown in a match at Payback.

The current card for WWE Payback, taking place this Sunday night at the Amway Center in Orlando, is as follows:
