Matt Riddle Wanted Rated RKBro WWE Stable With Edge & Randy Orton

Matt Riddle wanted to join forces with Randy Orton and Edge in WWE

WWE star Matt Riddle had designs on creating a stable with Randy Orton and Edge.

Asked about possibly forming a faction to help combat Imperium during a recent appearance on The Bump, the 'Original Bro' said:

"You got Cody, he's a stallion. You know, if Randy ever comes back. That would be awesome. Edge - you know, for a minute there, I wanted to do Rated RK-Bro, you know. It's a whole thing. I would love to be in a group."

Riddle was teaming with Orton as RK-Bro before The Viper went down with a serious back injury in May of last year. More than a decade prior, Randy teamed with Edge as Rated-RKO. Both duos captured WWE doubles gold. It is currently unclear when or indeed if Orton will return from his injury layoff.

Lamenting his lack of allies, Riddle continued:

"I'll be honest, as a guy kinda on his own, especially with Randy [Orton] gone a bit and Drew [McIntyre] is always doing something, all these factions have people to depend on. If they're down, they have someone to live them up, and right now I really don't have that and it's a little unfortunate."

The 37-year-old lost to Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER in a non-title match on this past Monday's episode of Raw.
